Ok, first things first:
With that out of the way, please allow me to share a few fun facts about myself:
I live with my kids in sunny Oakland, CA.
I’m a longtime musician and was once cool enough to appear in this photo.
I’ve been a winner on VH1’s Rock & Roll Jeopardy, included in a book called 505 Unbelievably Stupid Web Pages, and kicked out of Canada (but have successfully returned since).
And on the career front:
Update: I’m currently open for work!
I’ve led world-class teams at Facebook, Twitter and Mozilla, and have been fortunate enough to work on projects ranging from creating brand design systems for an audience of billions to launching game-changing new products to driving global marketing campaigns and much more.
I love connecting big picture strategic thinking with the pixel-level details of creative expression in order to tell well-crafted and compelling stories that drive growth, engage users and build brands.
I lead by empowering others, making connections and keeping a level head no matter how chaotic the situation. I listen before I talk, laugh whenever needed and always take the work, but not myself, seriously. I enjoy doing awesome things with awesome people.
